Vintage, Antique & One-of-a-Kind Items — Final Sale

All sales of vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law or in the case of an approved shipping damage claim as described in our Shipping Policy.

Vintage and antique pieces have lived a previous life. Minor wear, variations in color and finish, small repairs, patina, surface marks, and other signs of age are normal and are part of the character of these pieces.

We make every reasonable effort to describe the condition of each item accurately and to disclose significant damage, restoration, alteration, or losses known to us. Photographs form part of the item description.

Because photographs and screens may reproduce colors and finishes differently, slight variations in color, tone, texture, and sheen should be expected.

We strongly encourage clients to review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and condition information before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photographs, measurements, condition reports, or other details upon request before a sale is completed.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges the item’s stated condition and accepts the characteristics associated with its age, materials, craftsmanship, and previous use.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for vintage, antique, one-of-a-kind, artist-created, custom, made-to-order, commissioned, modified, or special-order items.

A refund, credit, repair, or other remedy may be provided when required by applicable law or when an approved claim is made for an item that was materially misrepresented or damaged during shipping arranged by us.

Shipping, delivery, packing, handling, installation, storage, insurance, and other service charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items — Final Sale

All custom, made-to-order, commissioned, or specially modified items are Final Sale.

This includes pieces produced or altered according to a client’s requested dimensions, materials, finishes, upholstery, colors, hardware, or other specifications.

Because custom work is made specifically for the client, deposits and payments become non-refundable once design, material purchasing, fabrication, finishing, upholstery, or other production work has begun.

Natural variations in wood, stone, leather, parchment, metals, handmade finishes, textiles, and other materials are expected and are not considered defects. Handcrafted pieces may also have minor variations from drawings, samples, prototypes, or photographs.

Samples and finish references are intended to represent the general character of the finished work but cannot guarantee an exact match.

Estimated production dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Handmade fabrication, specialty materials, artist production, finishing, and freight schedules may occasionally cause delays.

Order Cancellations

Orders for in-stock merchandise may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received and accepted by us before the item has been released for packing, shipping, pickup, restoration, alteration, or delivery.

Once an item has been released for packing or shipping, or work has begun in connection with the order, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled.

Custom and made-to-order orders may only be cancelled before production or procurement has begun. Once materials have been ordered or design, fabrication, finishing, upholstery, or other work has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, has been sold through another sales channel, is found to have previously undiscovered damage, or cannot reasonably be delivered as represented. In such cases, any payment made for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Questions

We encourage clients to contact us before purchasing if they have questions about an item’s condition, dimensions, materials, shipping requirements, custom specifications, or any of these policies.
